Welcome to Tirthayatrik. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website tirthayatrik.com, operated by Tirthayatrik Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Tirthayatrik Private Limited operates as a platform that connects users with: Astrologers for consultations, Pandits for pooja and rituals, and Travel and logistics partners for spiritual journeys.

We act solely as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between users and independent third-party service providers. We do not own, control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, legality, safety, timing, or performance of services provided by such third parties.

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.

We reserve the right to verify user identity and refuse service in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

By using our platform, you agree: not to provide false or misleading information; not to misuse or disrupt the platform; not to engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities; to behave respectfully with astrologers, pandits, and service providers; and to comply with local laws, customs, and temple rules.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts and initiate legal action in case of misuse.

5.1 Booking Confirmation

Certain services may require an advance payment, which may be partial or full, depending on the service. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment. If only partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid within the specified time, failing which the booking may be cancelled without refund of the advance amount.

5.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via third-party gateways. We are not liable for payment failures due to gateway issues.

5.4 Advance Payment Policy

Advance payments (partial or full) are used to reserve slots, assign service providers, and initiate arrangements. Such payments are non-refundable, except where the service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Tirthayatrik Private Limited.

All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. No refunds once: an astrology consultation has started, a pooja has been initiated, or travel arrangements have been confirmed.

No refunds for dissatisfaction with astrology predictions or ritual outcomes. Platform/convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us. In case of unjustified chargebacks after service delivery, we reserve the right to recover the amount along with associated costs and take legal action.

A service is considered delivered once: an astrology consultation has commenced, a pooja has been initiated or performed, or travel booking/arrangements have been confirmed.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated. Additional charges may apply.

All timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational constraints or external factors.

Astrology services are based on traditional beliefs, are interpretative and subjective, and are provided by independent practitioners.

No guarantees of accuracy or outcomes. Not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

Poojas and rituals are conducted by independent pandits. Outcomes depend on belief, devotion, and external factors. No guaranteed results.

Travel services are provided by third-party operators. Tirthayatrik Private Limited does not own or control travel services and is not liable for: delays or cancellations, accidents or injuries, loss of baggage, or service quality issues.

Users are advised to verify arrangements and consider travel insurance.

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, not responsible for third-party actions, and not liable for decisions based on astrology. Users assume full responsibility for their decisions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirthayatrik Private Limited from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or disputes with service providers.

We are not responsible for resolving disputes between users and service providers but may assist at our discretion.

Fraudulent transactions or misuse may result in immediate suspension, legal action, and recovery of losses.

All platform content is owned by Tirthayatrik Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Consultation content is for personal use only. Calls/chats may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution. Platform records shall be considered valid evidence.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue services without notice.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India, including the jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court.

Users agree to first contact us for resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
